Welcome to KijangWin. This platform is operated and owned by a registered company operating in accordance with applicable laws. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the kijangwin.pw website, the KijangWin mobile app, and all related services.

By accessing or using our platform in any form — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, playing games, or downloading the app — you automatically agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the KijangWin platform immediately.

Use of the KijangWin platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration and during continued use.
• Not restricted by your local or regional laws from participating in online wagering activities.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion or gambling prohibition programme.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a KijangWin employee.

To fully utilise KijangWin services, including making deposits and withdrawals, you must register an account with accurate and complete information.

Registration Information Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and an active email address. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended without notice.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

KijangWin conducts identity verification (KYC) as part of our commitment to security and compliance. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or a valid passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment method used.

The KYC process is mandatory before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time based on compliance requirements. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at KijangWin at all times. Holding multiple accounts violates these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, with all balances and wins forfeited.

KijangWin offers a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian users, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount depends on the selected payment method, with a general minimum deposit of RM10.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Deposits cannot be reversed once processed and credited to the account.
• KijangWin does not accept third-party deposits — the name on the payment account must match the registered KijangWin account name.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 for bank transfers and RM20 for eWallets.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same user's name.
• KijangWin reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawals.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method.
• Any credits obtained through fraudulent activity or a breach of terms are ineligible for withdrawal.

KijangWin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions as stated on the respective promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until the wagering requirements are fully met.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per user / account / IP address / device / household.
• KijangWin reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date credited.

Bonus Abuse Policy

Any attempt to abuse the KijangWin bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, opposing bets (arbitrage), or strategies that violate the spirit of a promotion — is strictly prohibited. KijangWin reserves the right to cancel bonuses, suspend accounts, and forfeit all wins obtained through such abuse.

All games offered at KijangWin use technology certified by independent auditing bodies. Our platform requires all players to comply with the established game rules.

• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit bugs within the games is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated software (bots) for gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, KijangWin will assess the situation based on server data and make a final decision.

As a KijangWin user, you are solely responsible for ensuring:

• Your account information is kept current, accurate, and complete at all times.

KijangWin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, freeze, or close any user account with or without prior notice in the following situations:

• The user provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Compliance review requirements or requests from authorities.
• The user failed to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Multiple accounts are linked to the same individual.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, KijangWin reserves the right to forfeit all balances and wins held in the account. If the account closure is at the user's own request with no violation involved, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the review process.

KijangWin provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, KijangWin makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• KijangWin is not liable for any losses resulting from technical disruptions, network issues, or failures beyond our control.
• KijangWin is not liable for any gambling decisions made by users — all gameplay decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
• KijangWin's maximum liability in any situation shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
