Login to KijangWin — Your Digital Entertainment Awaits

One thing loyal KijangWin users consistently mention is how seamless the login experience is — whether on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. We've designed a smooth and secure login flow, with the option to sign in using your email, username, or directly via OTP sent to your Malaysian mobile number.

For players who frequently switch between devices, the "remember me" feature lets you stay logged in on trusted devices without entering your password each time. However, we recommend against using this feature on public or shared devices.

KijangWin also supports login via QR code scanning using the mobile app — the fastest and most secure method for players who frequently switch between their phone and computer. Download the KijangWin app and enjoy this convenience right at your fingertips.

Every login attempt to your account is logged and monitored by kijangwin's security system. If we detect unusual activity — such as a login from an unfamiliar location — you will receive an immediate notification to ensure your account remains secure at all times.

Sometimes, players run into trouble logging in to their KijangWin account — whether it's a forgotten password, a changed phone number, or simply entering the wrong details. Don't worry, it's easy to fix.

The first step is to click on the link "Forgot Password?" on the login page. You will be prompted to enter your registered email address or phone number — after which kijangwin will send a verification code to begin the reset process.

If you have changed your phone number or no longer have access to your registered email, the best step is to contact the KijangWin customer support team via Live Chat. Our team is available 24 hours a day and will help you verify your identity and safely recover access to your account.

To avoid login issues in the future, we recommend saving your login credentials somewhere safe, enabling 2FA, and keeping your email address and phone number in your account up to date.
